Snorkeling & Clear Water in Slovenia

Clear water and good snorkeling aren't the same thing, even though they're usually marketed as one. A beach can look postcard-blue and still have almost nothing to see underwater if it's a flat sand basin with no rock structure or marine life nearby. The beaches in this collection are chosen for actual underwater interest: rocky headlands, seagrass meadows, or protected marine reserve boundaries where fish life is denser because fishing and anchoring are restricted, not just visibility alone.
